Fatima Choukayr

Global Steps Board Member, Registered Pharmacist since 2014 , holds MA in Biology, Employee at the Lebanese Ministry of Agriculture and participated in the implementation of social, environmental and cultural activities since 2006 with different Local NGO's (Kamal Jaber Social & Cultural Center, Beyond Association, YMCA-Lebanon...) and International NGO’s (Regional Environmental Center-REC, UNICEF, Mercy Corps, ANERA, USAID…).

Wissam Ajam

Global Steps Board Member, North Coordinator with Lebanese Cultural & Social Association, Tawasol Association and previously plays active role in the past 12 years in leading development projects and initiatives in Akkar and Tripoli governorates with local and international NGO’s in coordination with local stakeholders.

Nancy Tarek Yammout

Global Steps Co-Founder and Board Member, and the founder and President of Rescue Me, an NGO focused on crime and violence prevention. Yamout holds two master’s degrees and conducted forensic social field research related to Extremism. Over the past 7 years, she interviewed more than 60 prisoners in Roumieh prison accused of Extremism in order to develop a behavioral analysis profile of these individuals. These researches later integrated into, vocational, social media, expressive art and psycho-social programming with youth at risk and families.

Mohammed C. DOUEIK

Steps General Secretariat, received his DUT.Eng. degree in Industrial & Maintenance Engineering from IUT University, Saida, in 2000 and Master degree in Eletcrotechnics from CNAM University, Beirut and Master degree in Industrial Engineering from LIU, Beirut, in 2007 and 2017, respectively.  Eng. DOUEIK is currently a Head of Technical Department in public water sector and has actively carried out researches and consulting activities in the areas of industrial engineering, systems engineering, automation, engineering management, multiple participant-multiple objective decision making, risk analysis, efficiency, decision analysis, reliability engineering, and decision support systems. In addition to teaching experience in technical schools courses including automation, networking, water process, layout design, computer and public administration, and a key role on many committees at the departmental, faculty, and technical schools levels, including committees for developing graduate programs. Eng. DOUEIK is a member of Arab Water Council (AWC) and the Association of Public Administration employees (LEPAL).

Zakia Krunfol

Global Steps Co- Founder, trainer, and projects consultant. A multifaceted professional with over 10 years of working expertise in communications and project management. Competent in training and facilitation, data collection, and a variety of additional journalistic talents, as well as research and project evaluation proficiency. Krunfol holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, as well as a teaching diploma, and currently enrolled in the Educational Leadership & Management Masters Program at Saint Joseph University in Beirut (USJ).

Mohammad Kansoun

Engineer in Industrial services department at Lebanese Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Industry of Lebanon and Global Steps Board Member, Holds Master's degree in the field of Food Technology and Processing from Université de Nantes, and Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Travaux agricoles de Clermont-Ferrand. More than 10 years of experience in Lebanon and France especially in Project Management and training with MEFOSA, Beirut, Quality Control Manager with Tayyebat, Tyre, Quality Responsible with BETA Company, Lebanon, Quality Control with Shabaa Mills, Beirut, Quality Assistant with Entreprise de Paul Dischamp, Sayat-Clermond Ferrand- France, Researcher & Developer, CRTT-Centre de Recherche et de Transfert de Technologie , Saint nazaire-France.

Philippe Abou Zeid

Global Steps Board Member, Hold a BA in Political & Administrative Sciences from Lebanese University and Masters in Journalism from USJ, TV Reporter & Producer at LBCI since 2008, Social Media Trainer with Al Nahar Training Academy, Media consultant and trainer with several NGO’s.

Salman Al Outa

Global Steps Board Member, holds an MBA-Banking and Finance from American University of Culture and Education (AUCE) in Lebanon. Salman has more than 7 years of experience including Monitoring, Evaluating, Researching, Planning, Capacity Building, Recruiting, and Management. Intensive experience in development projects mainly in Bekaa Region, Lebanon with several NGO’s, currently a field coordinator with Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT Canada), and previously played several roles as Regional Coordinator with Sayara International (formerly Levant7), a Team Leader with Mercy Corps, an Educational Supervisor at Lebanese Organization of Studies and Training, Managed an educational refugee center, a Field Officer at Key Development Services, a Team Leader at Danish Refugee Council and Human Resource Officer at Almottaheda.

Khadija Al Haj Hassan

Global Steps Board Member, Head Master of “My New School” (North Bekaa), lead several after crises educational initiatives targeting Lebanese and Syrian children and women, in addition to her experience in psycho-social support projects.

Rami Allaw

Founder & President of Global Steps, Humanitarian thinker, Development dreamer, Ph.D. Candidate in Sociology, holds an MBA- Banking & finance, MBA- Social Work and BA in Economics, Coordinated and financially Lead programs funded by several international donors related to Health, Education, Child Protection, Youth and Women Empowerment with NGO’s, as well as Conducted capacity building trainings and Advisory Services in socio-economic development issues with UN Agencies, INGO’s, local Ministries, Universities, Municipalities and Youth Groups in Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Morocco, Libya, Tunisia, KSA, Greece, South Africa, Turkey.
